By accessing or using the PWF Platform application and services provided by Angel Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Service Description
PWF Platform is a business phone number validation platform that provides:
- Phone number format validation and verification
- Number status checking across messaging platforms
- Carrier/network identification tools
- Phone number analysis and formatting utilities
- Data marketplace for validated number datasets
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One account per user unless authorized otherwise
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must:
- Have legal authorization or consent to process any phone numbers you submit
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes such as CRM data validation, marketing list cleaning, or contact database quality assurance
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Not use the service for harassment, spam, stalking, or any illegal activity
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our platform
- Not resell or redistribute results without proper authorization
- Not use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the platform
4. Credits & Payments
- Services are prepaid using account credits (balance)
- Credits are non-refundable unless a service error occurs on our end
- Pricing is displayed before order submission and may change without prior notice
- Failed orders due to technical issues on our side will be refunded automatically
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on a best-effort basis
- Processing times may vary based on order size and system load
- Results are provided "as-is" and may not reflect real-time status
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of validation results
- Order results are available for download for 30 days after completion
6. Data Responsibilities
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of phone number data complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Our Role: We act as a data processor on your behalf. We process the data you submit according to your instructions and do not independently use, sell, or share the phone numbers submitted.
7. Intellectual Property
- The PWF Platform platform, its design, and code are proprietary to Angel Market
- You retain ownership of data you submit and results generated from your orders
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application without written consent
8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited unless termination was initiated by us without cause
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the previous 30 days
- We are not responsible for how you use the validation results
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where Angel Market operates.
