1. Service Description

PWF Platform is a phone-number intelligence service that provides:

• Phone-number format validation and verification
• Number-status checking across messaging platforms
• Carrier and network identification tools
• Phone-number analysis and formatting utilities
• A marketplace for validated number datasets

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per user unless we authorize otherwise
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

• Have the legal authorization or consent to process any phone numbers you submit
• Use the service for legitimate business purposes such as CRM data cleaning, marketing-list validation or contact-database quality assurance
• Comply with all applicable data-protection laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Not use the service for harassment, spam, stalking or any unlawful activity
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack or reverse-engineer the platform
• Not resell or redistribute results without our written authorization
• Not use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the platform

4. Credits & Payments

• Services are prepaid using account credits (balance)
• Credits are non-refundable unless a service error occurs on our end
• Pricing is shown before order submission and may change without prior notice
• Orders that fail due to technical issues on our side are refunded automatically
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed on a best-effort basis
• Processing time may vary based on order size and system load
• Results are provided "as-is" and may not reflect real-time status
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of validation results
• Order results are available for download for 30 days after completion

7. Intellectual Property

• PWF Platform — its design, branding and source code — is proprietary to its operators
• You retain ownership of the data you submit and the results generated from your orders
• You may not copy, modify or distribute the platform without our written consent

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited unless termination was initiated by us without cause
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the previous 30 days
• We are not responsible for how you use the validation results

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or before the courts of the jurisdiction in which PWF Platform operates.
